ACTIVE SENSORS

  • Active wireless sensors independently check their ambient values and automatically transmit wireless telegrams. (i.e. movement, brightness, temperature, humidity)
  • Wireless receivers (actuators) can initiate actions or displays for the measured data depending on setting values.

PASSIVE SENSORS

  • Passive wireless sensors only transmit radio telegramms if they are triggered manually.
  • This Sensors are mainly wireless pushbuttons but also window-door-contacts (with lever), window handels and water-detecting-sensors.
  • A special case are pushbutton actuator, in which the pushbutton is already combined with an actuator.
